[1527] With the root condition (hetu-paccaya), three; with the object condition (ārammaṇa-paccaya), nine. With the predominance condition (adhipati-paccaya), nine: when the internal (ajjhattika) goes to the external (bāhira), it is conascence-predominance (sahajātādhipati); in the middle, in all three as well it is conascence-predominance. With the proximity condition (anantara-paccaya), nine; with the conascence condition (sahajāta-paccaya), nine; with the mutuality condition (aññamañña-paccaya), five; with the support condition (nissaya-paccaya), nine; with the decisive-support condition (upanissaya-paccaya), nine; with the prenascence condition (purejāta-paccaya), nine — both object-prenascence (ārammaṇa-purejāta) and base-prenascence (vatthu-purejāta); with the postnascence condition (pacchājāta-paccaya), nine; with the repetition condition (āsevana-paccaya), nine. An external indeterminate (abyākata) phenomenon (dhamma) is a condition for an external indeterminate phenomenon by way of the kamma condition (kamma-paccaya): three.
