[1625] Dependent on (paṭicca) an indeterminate (abyākata) phenomenon (dhamma) that is subject to defilement (saṅkilesika) but not a defilement (kilesa), there arises an indeterminate phenomenon that is subject to defilement but not a defilement, by root condition (hetu-paccaya).
