[1631] Dependent on a wholesome phenomenon (dhamma) that is dissociated from defilements (kilesa-vippayutta) and subject to defilement (saṅkilesika), there arises a wholesome phenomenon that is dissociated from defilements and subject to defilement, by root condition (hetu-paccaya).
