[1649] In dependence on (paṭicca) an indeterminate (abyākata) phenomenon (dhamma) that is not to be abandoned by development (na bhāvanāya pahātabba), there arises an indeterminate phenomenon that is not to be abandoned by development — by root condition (hetu-paccaya).
