[1671] A wholesome phenomenon (dhamma) with thought-conception (savitakka) is a condition for a wholesome phenomenon with thought-conception by root condition (hetu-paccaya). A wholesome phenomenon with thought-conception is a condition for a wholesome phenomenon without thought-conception (avitakka) by root condition. A wholesome phenomenon with thought-conception is a condition for a wholesome phenomenon with thought-conception and a wholesome phenomenon without thought-conception by root condition. A wholesome phenomenon without thought-conception is a condition for a wholesome phenomenon without thought-conception by root condition.
