[1686] An indeterminate (abyākata) phenomenon (dhamma) with thought-conception (savitakka) is a condition for an indeterminate phenomenon with thought-conception by root condition (hetu-paccaya): three. An indeterminate phenomenon without thought-conception (avitakka) is a condition for an indeterminate phenomenon without thought-conception by root condition.
