[1692] Dependent on a wholesome phenomenon (dhamma) accompanied by sustained application (savicāra), there arises a wholesome phenomenon accompanied by sustained application, by root condition (hetu-paccaya). (Three.) Dependent on a wholesome phenomenon without sustained application (avicāra), there arises a wholesome phenomenon without sustained application, by root condition. (Two.) Dependent on a wholesome phenomenon accompanied by sustained application and a wholesome phenomenon without sustained application, there arises a wholesome phenomenon accompanied by sustained application, by root condition.
