[1724] With the not-root condition (na-hetu-paccaya), three; with the not-predominance condition (na-adhipati-paccaya), nine. Thus the unwholesome (akusala) should be expanded in detail everywhere, in the same way as the accompanied-by-rapture dyad (sappītika-duka).
