[1772] Dependent on a fixed (niyata) unwholesome phenomenon (dhamma), a fixed unwholesome phenomenon arises by root condition (hetu-paccaya). Dependent on a not-fixed (aniyata) unwholesome phenomenon, a not-fixed unwholesome phenomenon arises by root condition.
