[1775] A fixed (niyata) unwholesome (akusala) phenomenon (dhamma) is a condition for a fixed unwholesome phenomenon by root condition (hetu-paccaya). An unfixed (aniyata) unwholesome phenomenon is a condition for an unfixed unwholesome phenomenon by root condition.
