[1783] Dependent on a surpassable (sa-uttara) indeterminate (abyākata) phenomenon (dhamma), a surpassable indeterminate phenomenon arises by root condition (hetu-paccaya). Dependent on an unsurpassable (anuttara) indeterminate phenomenon, an unsurpassable indeterminate phenomenon arises by root condition.
