[1810] In dependence on a conflict-free (araṇa) phenomenon (dhamma) that is not clung to and not conducive to clinging (anupādinna-anupādāniya), there arises a conflict-free phenomenon that is not clung to and not conducive to clinging, by root condition (hetu-paccaya).
