[1812] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) with conflict (saraṇa) that is defiled and subject to defilement (saṅkiliṭṭha-saṅkilesika), there arises a phenomenon with conflict that is defiled and subject to defilement, by root condition (hetu-paccaya).
