[1814] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) that is without conflict (araṇa) and undefiled but subject to defilement (asaṅkiliṭṭha-saṅkilesika), a phenomenon that is without conflict and undefiled but subject to defilement arises by root condition (hetu-paccaya).
