[1816] In dependence on a phenomenon (dhamma) without conflict (araṇa) that is undefiled and not conducive to defilement (asaṅkiliṭṭha-asaṅkilesika), there arises a phenomenon without conflict that is undefiled and not conducive to defilement — by root condition (hetu-paccaya).
