[1820] Dependent on a conflict-free (araṇa) phenomenon (dhamma) that is without thought-conception and with mere discursive thought (avitakka-vicāramatta), a conflict-free phenomenon that is without thought-conception and with mere discursive thought arises through root condition (hetu-paccaya).
