[1893] In dependence on a phenomenon (dhamma) with conflict (saraṇa) having a present object (paccuppannārammaṇa), there arises a phenomenon with conflict having a present object — by root condition (hetu-paccaya). In dependence on a phenomenon without conflict (araṇa) having a present object, there arises a phenomenon without conflict having a present object — by root condition.
