[4] Dependent on a wholesome phenomenon (dhamma) that is a root (hetu), a wholesome phenomenon that is a root arises, not by predominance condition (na-adhipatipaccayā). Dependent on a wholesome phenomenon that is a root, a wholesome phenomenon that is not a root arises, not by predominance condition. Dependent on a wholesome phenomenon that is a root, a wholesome phenomenon that is a root and a wholesome phenomenon that is not a root arise, not by predominance condition.
