[513] A phenomenon (dhamma) that is a root (hetu) and is beyond training (asekkha) is a condition for a phenomenon that is a root and is beyond training by connascence condition (sahajāta-paccaya); is a condition by decisive-support condition (upanissaya-paccaya).
