[676] A root (hetu) phenomenon (dhamma) that is fixed in wrongness (micchattaniyata) is a condition, by way of connascence condition (sahajāta-paccaya), for a root phenomenon that is fixed in wrongness; it is a condition by way of decisive-support condition (upanissaya-paccaya).
