[760] A present (paccuppanna) phenomenon (dhamma) that is a root (hetu) is a condition for a present phenomenon that is a root by way of predominance condition (adhipati-paccaya): object-predominance (ārammaṇādhipati), conascence-predominance (sahajātādhipati) — three (cases).
