[1058] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) without impingement (appaṭigha) that is a not-root (na-hetu), a phenomenon that is not with impingement (na-sappaṭigha) and is not a not-root (na-nahetu) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
