[207] Dependent on a not-root (na-hetu) phenomenon (dhamma) not associated with pleasant feeling (na-sukhāya vedanāya sampayutta), a not-root phenomenon not associated with pleasant feeling arises by root condition (hetupaccayā). Dependent on a not-root phenomenon not associated with pleasant feeling, a phenomenon not associated with pleasant feeling that is not a not-root (na-nahetu) arises by root condition.
