[243] Dependent on a not-root (na-hetu) phenomenon (dhamma) that is not invisible and impinging (na-anidassanasappaṭigha), a not-root phenomenon that is not invisible and non-impinging (na-anidassana-appaṭigha) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
