[380] Dependent on a not-wholesome (na-kusala) phenomenon (dhamma) that is not visible and impinging (na-sanidassanasappaṭigha), a not-wholesome phenomenon that is not visible and impinging arises by root condition (hetupaccayā). Dependent on a not-wholesome phenomenon that is not visible and impinging, a not-unwholesome (na-akusala) phenomenon that is not visible and impinging arises by root condition. Dependent on a not-wholesome phenomenon that is not visible and impinging, a not-indeterminate (na-abyākata) phenomenon that is not visible and impinging arises by root condition. Dependent on a not-wholesome phenomenon that is not visible and impinging, a not-wholesome phenomenon that is not visible and impinging and a not-indeterminate phenomenon that is not visible and impinging arise by root condition. Dependent on a not-wholesome phenomenon that is not visible and impinging, a not-wholesome phenomenon that is not visible and impinging and a not-unwholesome phenomenon that is not visible and impinging arise by root condition: five.
