[385] Dependent on a not-wholesome (na-kusala) phenomenon (dhamma) that is not visible and impinging (na-sanidassanasappaṭigha) and a not-unwholesome (na-akusala) phenomenon that is not visible and impinging, a not-wholesome phenomenon that is not visible and impinging arises by root condition (hetupaccayā). Dependent on a not-wholesome phenomenon that is not visible and impinging and a not-unwholesome phenomenon that is not visible and impinging, a not-unwholesome phenomenon that is not visible and impinging arises by root condition.
