[528] Dependent on a root (hetu) phenomenon (dhamma) that is internal (ajjhatta), a not-root (na-hetu) phenomenon that is not external (na-bahiddhā) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā). Dependent on a root phenomenon that is external (bahiddhā), a not-root phenomenon that is not internal (na-ajjhatta) arises by root condition.
