[765] Dependent on an indeterminate (abyākata) phenomenon (dhamma) to be abandoned neither by seeing nor by development (nevadassanenanabhāvanāya pahātabba), a not-indeterminate (na-abyākata) phenomenon that is not to be abandoned neither by seeing nor by development (na-nevadassanenanabhāvanāya pahātabba) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
