[78] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) that is not cognizable by some (na-kenaciviññeyya), a phenomenon that is not cognizable by some arises by root condition (hetupaccayā). Dependent on a phenomenon that is not cognizable by some, a phenomenon that is not not-cognizable by some (na-kenacinaviññeyya) arises by root condition. Dependent on a phenomenon that is not cognizable by some, a phenomenon that is not cognizable by some and a phenomenon that is not not-cognizable by some arise by root condition.
