[893] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) that is without applied thought and without sustained thought (avitakka-avicāra) and is invisible and non-impinging (anidassana-appaṭigha), a phenomenon that is not without applied thought and without sustained thought (na-avitakka-avicāra) and is not visible and impinging (na-sanidassanasappaṭigha) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
