[900] Dependent on a not-root (na-hetu) phenomenon (dhamma) accompanied by roots (sahetuka), a phenomenon that is not a not-root (na-nahetu) and is not accompanied by roots (na-sahetuka) arises by not-root condition (na-hetupaccayā).
