[261] Summary verse (uddāna):
At Kosambī the supreme Victor (Jinavara);
the dispute over the [non-]seeing of an offense;
on whatever [ground] one might be suspended,
he should confess that offense of his.
Within the boundary (sīmā), right there;
Bālaka[loṇakāragāma] and the Vaṃsadā[ya grove];
Pārileyya and Sāvatthī;
Sāriputta and Kolita;
Mahākassapa and Kaccāna;
Koṭṭhita, and with Kappina;
Mahācunda and Anuruddha;
Revata and the one named Upāli;
Ānanda and Rāhula too;
Gotamī and [Anātha]piṇḍika;
and Visākhā, Migāra's mother;
a lodging, and a secluded one;
material goods, shared out equally too;
consent (chanda) is not to be given by any;
Upāli was questioned;
irreproachable through virtue;
concord in the Victor's dispensation.
