[694] By how many means of settlement (samatha) is a legal issue concerning business (kiccādhikaraṇa) settled? A legal issue concerning business is settled by one means of settlement: by resolution in the presence (sammukhāvinaya). The Samatha Khandhaka, the fourth, is finished.
