[612] Now at that time, bhikkhunīs bathed at a bathing place for men. People complained, criticized, and spread it about: … "just like householder women who enjoy sensual pleasures" … They reported this matter to the Blessed One. … "Bhikkhus, a bhikkhunī should not bathe at a bathing place for men; whoever should bathe there commits an offense of wrong-doing (dukkaṭa). I allow, bhikkhus, bathing at a bathing place for women." The Third Recitation Section (is concluded). The Bhikkhunī Khandhaka, the tenth, is finished.
