[1094] "What has been done and what has not been done should be known" means: sexual intercourse (methunadhamma) should be known; what conforms to (anuloma) sexual intercourse should be known; the preliminary stage (pubbabhāga) of sexual intercourse should be known.
"Sexual intercourse should be known" means: the coupling of two together (dvayaṃdvayasamāpatti) should be known.
"What conforms to sexual intercourse should be known" means: a bhikkhu takes the genital organ of another into his own mouth.
"The preliminary stage of sexual intercourse should be known" means: praise and dispraise (vaṇṇo avaṇṇo), bodily contact (kāyasaṃsagga), lewd speech (duṭṭhullavācā), ministering to one's own sensual desires (attakāmapāricariyā), and eliciting praise (vaṇṇamanuppādana).
