[1151] (Question:) "The withdrawal of the kaṭhina (kaṭhinuddhāra) that ends with a settled decision (sanniṭṭhānantika)
has been declared by the Kinsman of the Sun (Ādiccabandhu);
and this I ask you:
which obstruction (palibodha) is cut first?"
(Answer:) "The withdrawal of the kaṭhina that ends with a settled decision
has been declared by the Kinsman of the Sun;
and this I shall answer you:
the two obstructions are cut neither before nor after — they are cut simultaneously."
