[1253] How many offenses (āpatti) are there in taking what is not given (adinnādāna)? How many with sexual intercourse as condition? How many offenses for one who cuts? How many with discarding as condition? In taking what is not given there are three offenses; four with sexual intercourse as condition; for one who cuts there are three offenses; five with discarding as condition.
