[1299] Not one who is suspended (ukkhittaka), nor yet one on probation (pārivāsika), not a schismatic who has split the Saṅgha, nor yet one gone over to another faction, standing on the ground of one in common communion — how, then, could he not share in the training? This problem has been thought out by the skilled.
