Sedamocanagāthā

[1316] Neither was there a motion (ñatti), nor indeed a proclamation of the act (kammavācā), nor did the Victor (Jina) say, "Come, bhikkhu"; nor was there for him even a going for refuge (saraṇagamana), and yet his higher ordination (upasampadā) is unshakeable — this problem has been thought out by the skilled.
