Kabaḷavagga

[207] For one who, out of disrespect, opens the door of the mouth when the morsel has not yet been brought to it — an offence of wrong-doing (dukkaṭa) … There is one laying down of the rule (paññatti) … It arises through one origination (samuṭṭhāna) (as in the first pārājika).
