Vinayapiṭaka · Parivāra · Vol. 8 · Section 290

[290] Knowingly diverting to himself a gain (lābha) already allocated to the Saṅgha, one falls into two offenses (āpatti): in the act (payoga) of diverting it, an offense of wrong-doing (dukkaṭa); when it has been diverted, an offense entailing relinquishment with expiation (nissaggiya pācittiya). The third chapter, on Bowls (Pattavagga), is finished. The thirty offenses entailing relinquishment with expiation (nissaggiyā pācittiyā) are concluded.
