[306] Knowingly lying down in a dwelling belonging to the Saṅgha so as to encroach upon a bhikkhu who arrived there first, one incurs two offenses: in the act of lying down, there is an offense of wrong-doing (dukkaṭa); when one has lain down, there is an offense of pācittiya.
