[314] One who says, "The bhikkhus instruct the bhikkhunīs for the sake of material gain (āmisa)," commits two offenses (āpatti): while he is saying it, in the very act there is an offense of wrong-doing (dukkaṭa); when he has said it, there is an offense of expiation (pācittiya).
