Ovādavagga

[320] A bhikkhu who, being alone with a bhikkhunī, alone together, engages in sitting in private commits two offenses: as he is sitting down, in the act there is an offense of wrong-doing (dukkaṭa); when he is seated, an offense of expiation (pācittiya). The third chapter, the Chapter on Exhortation (Ovādavagga), is finished.
