[704] One who prevents the lawful withdrawal of the kaṭhina (kaṭhinuddhāra) commits two offences: while preventing it, there is an offence of wrong-doing (dukkaṭa) in the act; when it has been prevented, an offence of expiation (pācittiya). The third chapter, the Chapter on Bathing (Nhānavagga), is finished.
