[707] A bhikkhunī, intentionally causing discomfort to a bhikkhunī, commits (āpajjati) two offences (āpatti): while she is doing it, there is an offence of wrong-doing (dukkaṭa) in the act of effort (payoga) — this is one; when it has been done, there is an offence entailing expiation (pācittiya) — this is one.
