[768] One entering a village without a bodice (asaṅkacchikā) commits two offences (āpatti): as she crosses the enclosure with the first foot, there is an offence of wrong-doing (dukkaṭa); as she crosses with the second foot, there is an offence entailing expiation (pācittiya).
The ninth chapter, on parasols and sandals (Chattupāhanavagga), is finished.
The Minor Rules (Khuddakā) in nine chapters are concluded.
