[976] There is an offence (āpatti) that one who is sick commits, but not one who is not sick. There is an offence that one who is not sick commits, but not one who is sick. There is an offence that both one who is sick and one who is not sick commit. There is an offence that neither one who is sick nor one who is not sick commits.
