[219] There will come to the worthy sir's sacrifice both those whose minds bear ill will (byāpannacittā) and those whose minds are free of ill will (byāpāda). As for those there whose minds bear ill will—the outcome of that is theirs alone. But as for those there whose minds are free of ill will—it is on their account that the worthy sir should sacrifice, that the worthy sir should relinquish, that the worthy sir should rejoice, and that the worthy sir should make his mind (citta) confident within.
