[122] For one taking what is not given in five modes there is an offense (āpatti) of pārājika: it belongs to another; he perceives it as belonging to another; the article (parikkhāra) is a valuable one, worth five māsakas or more than five māsakas; and a thieving mind (theyyacitta) is present. He touches it: an offense of wrong-doing (dukkaṭa). He makes it stir: an offense of grave transgression (thullaccaya). He moves it from its place: an offense of pārājika.
